I lost my game progress. How do I get it back?

If you have lost your game progress, please check out the section below for help that matches your circumstances. You might be able to recover it faster by yourself!

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to connect Google Play/iCloud/Amazon account in order to save your game progress. If you played Cooking Fever without signing in to a cloud account, your game progress won't be restored!

WARNING: If you load multiple accounts on a single device, you may lose access to one or more of them!

I connected to a cloud account (Google Play/iCloud/Amazon), but the game progress is still missing:

  1. Please make sure that you have added the correct cloud account to your device.
  2. Check if your cloud account is synchronized with the game. You can check it in Cooking Fever in-game Achievements if the gamepad's color is green in the lower right corner of the screen. Cooking Fever Achievements screen can be accessed by opening the game and pressing the trophy button in the lower-right corner of the screen.

I lost my game progress when signed in with Google Play account:

I lost my game progress after choosing one of the two saved games (device/cloud):

I lost my game progress on Windows device:

The Windows platform does not support cloud saving, therefore the game progress loss may occur.

Please contact support and indicate the circumstances under which the game progress was lost.
