I unlocked a new location but the download progress shows 0%. What should I do?

Please follow these steps:

  1. Make sure that you have a strong internet connection.
  2. Please make sure that you have enough free space on your device (at least 400 MB) and try to restart the app and your device.
  3. Switch between the wi-fi and 4G connection. 
  4. In some cases the server may be overloaded, please try accessing the location a bit later.

If the problem persists for more than 24 hours, please contact our support team.
